The primary purpose of the 21st CCLC After School Site Coordinator is to assist the Program Director in ensuring the development and implementation of a high-quality expanded learning program for students and their families. The Site Coordinator will provide daily monitoring of the 21st CCLC After School Program and reports directly to the Program Director.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain working relationships with students, program staff, administration, families, and community partners
- Collects data as assigned by the Program Director
- Creates quarterly “units” with guidance from the Program Director
- Meets regularly with school day teachers to assist in the implementation of high quality remediation and enrichment
- Attends all required meetings
- Maintain appropriate records
- Ensures 21st CCLC staff adhering to the program requirements
- Oversee daily operations of the 21st CCLC program site
- Minimum required on-site program hours Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 6:30
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass an Arkansas Child Maltreatment Check
- Daily attendance is required
Rate of Pay: $40 per hour
