The primary purpose of a 21st CCLC After School Instructor is to provide high-quality expanded learning opportunities for students and their families. The Instructors will monitor students during all portions of the program including academic time, enrichment time, and all other times the program is in session.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain working relationships with students, program staff, administration, families, and community partners
- Fulfill teaching responsibilities as assigned by the Site Director
- Attends all required meetings
- Maintain appropriate records
- Ensure safe a supportive environment for all students
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass an Arkansas Child Maltreatment Check
- Dependable attendance is required
Rates of Pay:
Certified Instructor – $30 per hour
Classified Instruction – $20 per hour
High School Student – $15 per hour
